Terms and conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Limehouse, The Old Brewery, High Court, Leeds LS2 7ES a company registered in the UK under company number 06377412.

 

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to attendees of the IoIC Festival 2025 aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Limehouse and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.Only one entry per person is permitted.

 

3. How to Enter

To enter, scan the QR code provided on the postcard and complete the entry form with your name and contact details.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The opening date for entries is 18 June 2025 and the closing date is 27th June 17:00 GMT. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

 

4. The Prize

One winner will receive one of the following creative services, to be selected in consultation with the winner:

  • A 90-second animation
  • A two-minute film
  • Three days of internal communications consultancy
  • A three-day design project

The prize must be used within 6 months of the winner being notified.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Limehouse reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.

The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Limehouse reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

 

6. Data Protection and Privacy

By entering the draw, you consent to Limehouse processing your personal data for the purposes of administering this prize draw and contacting the winner.

Your data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You will be given the option to opt in to receive future marketing communications from us. This is entirely optional and does not affect your entry into the draw.

If you choose to opt in, we may contact you occasionally with news, updates, or promotional offers relating to our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. General

By entering this prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Limehouse reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw or these terms where necessary due to events beyond its control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
