Social-first recruitment films
Our client is one of the UK’s largest financial services organisations, employing more than 60,000 people and providing products or services to one in every two adults. Recruiting the very best talent is absolutely crucial to their ongoing success, and that means creating the very best content to attract them.

On the back of a huge investment in their main offices around the country, the company wants to ensure that while they’re committed to hybrid working, employees have the opportunity to work from an office they really want to be part of.
The modern workplaces are just one side of the story for potential recruits - the people they’ll be working with are what really matters.
Our client partnered with us to create a series of corporate films, led by employees, that provide an insight into day-to-day life at the company.
Our creative approach was built around these ‘colleague influencers’ - borrowing social trends to create content that would resonate with the target audience, and sit naturally on social platforms as part of the scrolling experience. We spent time with dozens of employees at their place of work, capturing their thoughts about their role, the business and their opportunities.

We shot everything in 9:16 to optimise outputs for social, allowing us to easily crop to 1:1 where needed. Natural and conversational messages from subjects is vital for this kind of content, which is where a great Director makes all the difference.
The suite of content we created now forms an integral part of the company’s online recruitment activity, hosted on their careers website and pushed out across a range of social channels.
